About the Department

The Operations team ensures that the daily logistics of Shobdotori run smoothly. From inventory management, warehouse operations, and packaging to order dispatch and delivery, the team keeps the platform running efficiently behind the scenes. This is a role for detail-oriented problem solvers who enjoy optimizing workflows, coordinating between multiple teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for both our readers and authors.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Manager to oversee book storage, packaging, and dispatch operations efficiently.

We are seeking someone with experience including:

- 3+ years experience in warehouse or logistics - Strong organizational skills - Ability to lead a team

Compensation

30000-45000 BDT/month

Exact amount will be finalized based on skills, experience, and overall performance during the selection process.
